The Eye Envy Tear Stain Remover Powder for Dogs and Cats is the second step in the tear stain removal process.
The application powder is strongly recommended to use as an enhancer within our tear stain removal system. The application powder actually helps repels tears to keep the area dry and to prevent the regrowth of tear stain causing bacteria. Highly recommended for all breed, especially whites and light colored coats.
Eye Envy application powder does not contain bleach, cornstarch, or steroids. The Eye Envy Powder is NOT a cover-up.

Directions
Step 1: If your pets eyes are very crusty and full of debris, then GENTLY clean around their eyes with warm water and a toothbrush (softly) or a small flea comb. Try to remove as much debris as possible. If eyes are mostly runny, tear stained with no big clumps of debris, then skip this step.
Please NOTE: Step 1 is for first time users and for animals that have EXTREME debris in their eyes. After the initial application of Eye Envy Tear Stain Remover, you will only have to do Steps #2 and #3.
Step 2: Shake bottle of Eye Envy Tear Stain Remover well and apply to the eyes using the special Eye Applicating pads.
Step 3: Gently wipe around eye area. Don't be afraid to get it too wet. Do NOT pour solution into eyes, but don't worry if a bit gets inside. Allow to dry.
Step 4: After completing steps #1 through #3, gently work the Eye Envy Powder into your pets fur, working around the eyes and working powder against the hair growth using the special Eye Applicating pads. Allow to dry. You can apply the powder immediately after applying the solution. The powder is used more by show people, but definitely brightens the fur. Avoid powder in their nose.VOILA..You're DONE! Your pets eyes should look great within a few hours!!!!
